Item L: Wildfire Recovery Update and Applications under 3 Basin Rule (Informational) DEQ will present a brief informational overview of efforts and coordination related to wildfire recovery. Some of these efforts will require EQC review and action under the 3 Basin Rule. DEQ staff will provide an overview of these requirements and the process it is planning to use.
