TriMet Powell Garage 9800 SE Powell Blvd., Portland ECSI #6113 This site is a TriMet bus barn bordering the east side of Interstate 205. Leaking underground storage tanks were previously reported at this site in 1994, 1998 and 2007, but now they’ve signed up for the Voluntary Cleanup Program. I haven’t heard what the specific issue is.
