Stephanie, from looking at our Facility Profiler I did not find any “smoking guns” in the immediate vicinity (particularly along the eastern border of the parking area). However, I still feel there is potential for something like a heating oil tank – which could be located on or off-property in either historic or existing residential locations. Hopefully the surveys can tell us more.
