Item G: Updates to the DEQ/ODA Water Quality Memorandum of Agreement for Nonpoint Source Pollution (Informational) DEQ and the Oregon Department of Agriculture will present the final proposed Memorandum of Agreement and highlight differences from the previous MOA, as well as summarize public input received. The final MOA is scheduled to be signed by the DEQ and ODA Directors at the end of 2022.
