Planning Commission Resolution 614-23, April 24, 2023 Conditional Use Permit 204-22, Maul, Foster & Alongi, Inc. 2650 River Road, 2N 13E 33 200 Approval to site and construct a sanitary sewer lift station. Once completed, these improvements will be owned and maintained by the City of The Dalles. Approval of the Conditional Use Permit will establish a Community Facilities Overlay (CFO) on the site.
