D. Action item: Temporary rules for certain license and certification renewal deferrals DEQ will propose temporary rules allowing deferral of certain DEQ-issued licenses and certificates. The deferral would require individuals and organizations to obtain the renewals either by 60 days after the Oregon State of Emergency is lifted or by Oct. 15, 2020, whichever date is earlier.
