C. Action item: Temporary rules for gasoline blends in Oregon DEQ will propose temporary rule amendments to align Oregon's regulations with a federal waiver of fuel volatility requirements. The federal waiver allows for an extended phase-in schedule of annual fuel volatility requirements, to May 20 instead of May 1.
