D. Informational item: Executive Order 20-04 regarding greenhouse gas emissions reduction DEQ will present information to the commission concerning Executive Order 20-04 and the actions required of the agency to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Oregon. The presentation will include information about the Clean Fuels Program, as well as programs to cap and reduce emissions in various sectors, reduce methane emissions from landfills and implement the Statewide Transportation Strategy.
