H. Informational item: Updates to the CAFO Program DEQ and the Oregon Department of Agriculture will co-present updates about the Confined Animal Feeding Operations Program, which is operated by ODA under a memorandum of understanding between ODA and the commission. The current MOU will expire Dec. 31, 2020, and DEQ intends to bring an updated five-year MOU for commission action at the November 2020 meeting.
