Hi Aldo,

Dan may want to chime in on this.

I am not prepared to respond to any questions related to infrastructure growth in any areas outside of our existing UGB. If the City chooses to look at growth outside of its existing boundaries then we will have to enter into a contract with our on-call engineering firm to determine impacts to our system based on the location of the expansion. There is no funding in this or next year’s fiscal budget to perform the work.

Subject: Meeting with Jesse Winterowd?

Hey Gerald,

I’ve been discussing with Jesse on numerous topics relating to our UGB. One of them was wanting to discuss with PW on the matter below. Is that something you would want to do? Or do think a phone call would suffice? Let me know.

Thanks,

Jesse Winterowd - Any progress on public works meeting?

Aldo - With this meeting, could provide what is needed to be discussed again? Was it related to what is PW working on in relation to the UGB?

Jesse - Public facilities discussion is related to relative costs for provision of public facilities to potential UGB/URA expansion areas. Big picture – capacity, pump stations, reservoirs. What direction is most/least efficient for urban growth.
