Attached please find the re-recorded donation deed.
You’ll still find the original sketch map that was cut off in this recoding but also the full sketch at the bottom of the document and a cover sheet stating the request to add the complete sketch. Clackamas County re-recorded it on top of the original recording which is the way they do it for their County.

Attached please find the ODOT Donation Deed in regards to the Miller/Moorhouse Developer Donation. Please sign/notarize the Donation Deed and mail theoriginal signed copy back to me to the address listed in my signature block when complete. You may email me back a copy of the signed Donation Deed but I will need the original in order to finalize this file.
Just an FYI, I will be leaving for vacation on 01/13/2020. If you can get the signed/notarized document back to me before that date the sooner I can complete the final report in order to get it recorded.
