Hello Dan and Gerald,

 

Do you have 10-15 minutes sometime this week to discuss future options parcels owned by FFP, Inc. — map attached. The property includes the 2 large buildings used as kiln driers in past, owner knows the wiring, etc. is not functional. Owner states they have a guard service working to keep the buildings vacant, etc. Owner indicates all but one portion are now DEQ clean, and owners may be ready to put the properties on commercial market.

 

Questions: (1) Bear Creek on the property … some above / some below surface — raises some questions.

(2) Location of sewer / water lines that serve the property .. sending cc to Gerald Fisher.

(3) Access options … (attaching 2017 property line adjustment .. SN2017-207) … access from Shaver Ave / 7th Street (City streets) … access from S Molalla Avenue (County road) .
