Please change the Subject line when communicating about a project that is different the Cascade Center. If it is an application for the storage units east of Leroy then it needs another name. Also, Sam and I don’t need to be included on emails between the developer and Planning in the application process. Planning will forward information that needs to be reviewed by PW when the time comes. Thanks.

The application was resubmitted on Tuesday, July 7th. This is one day before the July 8th date per the deemed incomplete letter.
Mr. Zinder had contacted our office that he would like the resubmittal package in chronological order which I have done on a disk.
This was per his request by email.

Is this for the Phase II Project? If so, the 180 day time period has lapsed since the 1st application was submitted. The fee to submit the Site Design Review is $3000.00

FYI, final plat review fee is $300. The City is of course waiting upon ODOT approvals for processing this application.
Also, your office submitted drawings that I presume were for the Phase II Application that was submitted last fall/winter. The submission came in the form of several emails with individually attached pages. This application will need to be submitted as one complete package for our review.

Good afternoon Dan,
Our office resubmitted the public civil construction plans for Cascade Center back on July 2, 2020. Based upon the updated construction plans our survey staff have also updated the Plat for this project.
The Plat now includes updated easement for the public sanitary sewer location, public water/fire hydrant easement locations and accessways.
I realize that Public Works will need complete their review of the updated construction plans, but also wanted to have the final updated Plat at your office. I plan on stopping by your office later this afternoon (3:45 PM) and will include a check for $ 200.00 to cover the City plat review fee. The Plat is also copied to a Disk.
Just wanted to give you a heads up.
