Dan and Julie,

No subdivision plat has been approved yet for Cascade Center. Signing off on the final plat cannot be done until the Cooperative Improvement Agreement is in place and the transportation improvements are complete or bonded. Comparing the attached plan show a reconfiguration of Lot 9 and 12 of the proposed Cascade Center replat that I sent comments out on back in Feb 2020. According to that proposed replat and this packet, a lot line adjustment would have to take place after the replat or the replat must be updated to match what is being proposed.

They also show a commercial use of some sort but don’t make mention of it in the narrative. See sheet SDR 9 which appears to have offices, sales and display areas, work shop areas, warehousing, and other work areas and rental spaces. That is different from a 301 storage unit proposal with RV storage and an onsite office area. There is no security gating shown and there is also a 3 foot retaining wall separating the north and south halves of the project.

Beware. Something doesn’t look right about this application.
