Dan – if this is regarding the previous conditions; then I don’t believe we can attach the remaining development standards on this application. We have to wait until Jim Taylor applies for a land use application that allows us to attached those remaining conditions. Most likely a site design review application or conditional use permit. This a new use with no affiliation with the previous development /use, so it cannot subject to those conditions. This a standard building permit/new occupancy approval.

Spencer – Let me know if you concur or have other thoughts.

Subject: Jim Taylor - New Tenant

Hello,

As you recall Jim Taylor had established a tenant a couple weeks ago; the marijuana manufacturing/production business in his new building. Turns out the tenant no longer wishes to rent the space. On Friday I received new application from Jim Taylor for a new tenant. I have the application attached.

It looks like they will be manufacturing cabinets. I don’t believe the new use would trigger a site design review. But I would like any comments on the matter.
