Hey Spencer,

I have had a recent conversation with Jim Taylor regarding his newly constructed building. An tenant is proposing a new use of processing and manufacturing hemp. I informed Mr. Taylor that it would require a Site Design Review (Type III). I attached Site Design Review Criteria and Highlighted what I believe breach the threshold to require a Site Design Review. Let me know what you think.

I also attached Clackamas County Conditions for a new use for the new building.

Mr. Taylor did mentioned that he was going to contact Wendie Killington. So just a heads up.
