Ok, thanks. So, to confirm before forwarding these on to Kellington, there is no Notice of Decision for 2004-1 in the City’s files? If not, it appears to me that it’s just a matter of mislabeling.

I’m unable to give a definite yes, since the file numbers are different. The proposal in both documents are extremely similar, but there are no more documents in the original folder associated with 2004-7.

2004-1 is titled Design Review Report. 2004-7 is titled Notice of Decision on Design Review – Approval with Conditions.

It could be that 2004-7 is the Notice of Decision?

These have the same date. Are 2004-7 and 2001-7 the same application?

Aldo,

I left you a voicemail a short while ago. Scott Mansur is looking for a site plan for the Taylor rebuild in order to complete his report. Will you copy me on anything that you provide him, so that I have that information as well?

In addition, Jim Taylor’s new lawyer Wendie Kellington has requested certified copies of the underlying approvals for Taylor’s property, 2004-1 and 2004-7. I told her I would ask you to forward complete copies of those to me and I would get them over to her. Also, (I mentioned this to Dan) she has inquired as to available equipment in the room where the hearing will be held. She wants to show a Powerpoint presentation to the Planning Commission on Wednesday.

Thanks,

Spencer
