At the request of the applicant and Architect we issued a “shell only” permit for re-building the structure back to original state WITHOUT approval for occupancy. Another building permit is required, as stated in the conditions, prior to the occupancy of the building. Same as any new shell building where the tenant or use is not known at the time the shell is constructed. Hope this helps.
