Hey Gerald,

I’m not sure if Dan has spoken to you regarding the next steps, but we had a meeting with Spencer Parson on Monday regarding Jim Taylor appeal hearing. As you are aware the appeal hearing will go back to the planning commission (May 2nd) . In the meeting Spencer recommended that DKS do a rough proportionally analysis on Jim Taylors frontage improvements. I’m aware that these analysis are commonly done only for intersections, but it in this situation we need the analysis done for assurance/proof that Mr. Taylors is in fact responsible for his frontage improvements. We all know he needs to, but if this goes back to LUBA, this will help in the proceedings.

Spencer mentioned that he would be available to DKS for any assistance.
