Aldo – We need to have the following completed:
1. Meeting notice for the 17th in the Paper and on the Website and Facebook (Not a Public Notice).
2. Make sure the appellant receives one.
3. Gerald will ask our Traffic Engineer to perform a Rough Proportionality analysis.
4. Make sure the Adult Center is available.
5. I would like you to scour the original decision and find anything that has not been completed by Mr. Taylor. For example – Is the water line actually installed?
