I noticed a CC electrical inspection sticker on the building that was done on 6/7/17 – just wondering how they got an electrical inspection without a permit?

Shirley,

There is a new building going up at 31816 S Ona Way and it appears that they have no building permit. He has a ROW permit to get a water meter and has paid water SDC’s. I plan on allowing the water hot tap today but we won’t put in a water meter till he gets a building permit. The City can take code enforcement action on him if you wish or we can turn it over to you. He had a fire earlier this year which burned down his previous building and he is looking to rebuild. I have attached a photo.
