Tax lot 52E07D-03502 is the 1.94 acre parcel. Tax lot 52E07D-03507 is the 1.0 acre parcel that is the one that is in dispute. Some how Patey got put on this by mistake. The tax lot #52E07D-03505 is not part of this property. Let me know if this helps to clear this up. If not please call me. 971-285-7255. I would very much like to get moving on this as I have a possible buyer for one of the parcels and need this finalized. Mike also was under the impression that some of the property was owned by another person. All three parcels are owned by me. If you need any more information, please let me know.
