Hi Jim,
I spoke with Mike last week and asked him to submit the easement for review. I looked up the property ownership and it showed one of the properties under another name for tax payment purposes. I have our GIS person confirming ownership of all of the parcels since the cover document for the dedication has to have the exact name of the ownership on it. will have the documents done this week if I get all of the information I need. Gerald, I was talking to Mike at Compass this morning and he told me that he was waiting for some documents from you to complete their work for you and the city. I would very much like to get moving on this as I have a possible buyer for one of the parcels and need this finalized.
Mike also was under the impression that some of the property was owned by another person. All three parcels are owned by me. If you need any more information, please let me know. Thank you.
