I just got all of the tax lot payments out and tax lot #52E07D-03506 is the 2.09 acre parcel that the building is on. Tax lot 52E07D-03502 is the 1.94 acre parcel. Tax lot 52E07D-03507 is the 1.0 acre parcel that is the one that is in dispute. Some how Patey got put on this by mistake. The tax lot #52E07D-03505 is not part of this property. Mike there seems to be a real problem here. According to the city the one acre parcel is in someone else name. When you divided the property and recorded the map somehow she got added as owner. How is this possible when I own all of the property? Please let me know as soon as possible where we go from here.

Gerald, I was talking to Mike at Compass this morning and he told me that he was waiting for some documents from you to complete their work for you and the city. I would very much like to get moving on this as I have a possible buyer for one of the parcels and need this finalized.
Mike also was under the impression that some of the property was owned by another person. All three parcels are owned by me. If you need any more information, please let me know. Thank you.
