Good afternoon:

Per your request, we reviewed the files for your property and for the MRM property in Molalla. It appears that the sewer line and water lines were staked out in 2006.

I did not find anything related to the as-built information on these utilities.

The water and sewer line easements were created on the MRM property with the recording of Partition Plat No. 2007-147

Sanitary sewer manholes no. 6 and 7 appear to be designed to fall on your property.

We will be able to come to the site in the next couple of weeks and map the existing manholes and waterline on your property to enable us to prepare an as-built location for these utilities and prepare legal descriptions and exhibit maps for easements.
