If he met the minimum criteria for a pre-app then OK. If not then he needs to provide more information. I can tell you from what he has submitted he needs to go back to the drawing board and provide something that I can actually review or hire a land use specialist who can put it together for him.

Gerald and Dan,

 

Jim Taylor has requested a pre-application conference with the City regarding his property at 31816 S ONA WAY. So far, all the submissions from him I’ve received are attached. I am informing him that a more detailed plan will be required.

He wants to open up a new shop for his business, but there are a host of considerations because the site is lacking infrastructure, and there are issues with multiple lots, easements, ROW dedications etc. I’ve attached a 2014 plat of his property for reference.

I would be happy to schedule the meeting, or leave this between Jim and you. Either way, let me know which you prefer.
