We have stopped working on the new building. We hope to have the permit by mid week. If Aldo can get our letter to the county and the drawings get done, it will happen. We will check with the county on the roof. Is the city of Molalla OK with us roofing the old building and if so do we need a letter from you to take to the county? Please let me know. Thank you.

I don’t think you need a permit to re-roof but you may want to double check the county code. The city took photos of the new building so it would be a bad idea to do any more work on the new building until you have a valid building permit.
