Brenda, I am a little confused by these instructions. I would like you to please call me so we can go over this together to explain what and what doesn't pertain to this project. Clackamas County has signed off on everything so I guess all I need is for you and I to get together and try to get this completed. If you would prefer for me to come to your office that is fine.
