The grading was covered under the main building permit for this project. J There has appeared to be some confusion between the City of Molalla and the contractor according to the contractor that was at my desk last week.

The City just had the preconstruction meeting with the Taco Bell group. We issued them a PW permit #17-19. They still need a grading permit from the county. Could you please put this in the front of the line for processing to help them out with this as it seemed to slip through the cracks as they have the other building permits already. Sorry about this as I realize you are busy. Please let me know. The site is already a built out shopping area with stub outs so its not much grading.
