Attachments: image001.jpg; Hi Dennis, A certificate of capacity has to be submitted to DEQ for approval if a main line is extended. It is a simple process and DEQ has approved them due to all of the I&I work we have been doing If there is an existing sewer main and only service lateral connections are required to that main then no CofC is required. Susan Hansen and her opinions are a nonissue as far as i am concerned. Hopefully, we can get the situation with Scandia (20 acre Avison site) resolved quickly and move on to bigger and better projects! Quick question - One of the minor partners in the 15 acre deal was sent a blog link today posted by our "Bestie" Susan Hansen claiming the City doesn't have the sewer capacity to allow development of that property. He circulated the link to the primary investor and to say the least, it's got everybody all fired up. Apparently, Gerald is out today (I left a voicemail with him) and I was hoping he could provide some positive insight so I can diffuse the bomb. They're also second-guessing the ability to ultimately develop (or sell portions) of the Avison site as well. I realize Susan Hansen can stir the pot even if it's not a real issue, but this is a BIG problem if there's any truth to the representation. Any help you can provide?
