Hi Mitch,

I’ve had a chance to look at some infrastructure drawing for your property. There is a sewer stub into your site but we have not found the water stub yet. Dan Zinder is still searching. There was no record of water stubbed into your property as part of the Safeway shopping complex but it may be part of another project. In the event that there is no stub, you will have to tap the waterline and extend across Hwy 213 into the site. The size of the waterline will be based on needs and we can discuss more when the time comes. Thanks Mitch.
