Hi Mike,

ROW dedication documents look good. Can you send me an e-copy of the 8 ½ x 11. The one Jim sent me does not print well.

I found one callout on the asbuilt that needed to be changed. The easterly MH IE to the north is an out but is labeled as an in. Once corrected please email me a PDF of the revised document with a signed stamp on it as surveyed information.

We’ve contacted the County and they agreed there was an error and are correcting their documents. Attached is the cover document for the street dedication. Exhibit A is the legal description and Exhibit B is the map. Mike can get those ready for you. Please sign and have notorized the attached document and submit to me with the exhibits. I will review and get the City signatures needed. Once done I will have ready for you to pick up and record at the County. Please return the original to me. I just got all of the tax lot payments out and tax lot #52E07D-03506 is the 2.09 acre parcel that the building is on. Tax lot 52E07D-03502 is the 1.94 acre parcel. Tax lot 52E07D-03507 is the 1.0 acre parcel that is the one that is in dispute. Some how Patey got put on this by mistake. The tax lot #52E07D-03505 is not part of this property. How is this possible when I own all of the property? Please let me know as soon as possible where we go from here.

Gerald, I was talking to Mike at Compass this morning and he told me that he was waiting for some documents from you to complete their work for you and the city. I would very much like to get moving on this as I have a possible buyer for one of the parcels and need this finalized.

Mike also was under the impression that some of the property was owned by another person. All three parcels are owned by me. If you need any more information, please let me know. Thank you.
