K. It’s likely going to come down to they can meet our requirements but with less lots and that is what they don’t want to do. Will wait to see what they have done so far.

Subject: Morgan Will from Stafford Land Co stopped by this afternoon

Hi,

FYI

Morgan Will walked me through some of the design evolution for their lot design proposal on the Coho Subdivision. He wanted to see if he could get some more support for his latest proposal. I suggested he present the same information to us in narrative form with a pre-app request. He heard that suggestion and is likely to show a few of the preliminary designs and why those were discarded….leading to the latest proposal.

They will now prepare information for an upcoming pre-app, trying to get in to see us within the next month.
