Attachments: ~WRD364.jpg; Thanks Gerald, I appreciate it. We may just go with detention pipes, but I will send you a detail if we still decide to proceed with the stormtech chambers. We also have a high groundwater table in this area. I am familiar with the open bottom version of stormtech but not a closed system that can withstand the jetter. If you can supply me with something to review, I will consider it. Thanks and have a good evening. But I had a question about the detention. We are proposing below ground detention (not in the public right of way) Will the city allow Stormtech chambers or is large pipe preferred for detention? The DEQ permit will likely go to Portland but you may want call them to confirm. Also, the subdivision is being appealed by ODOT and we will have to wait until that is resolved through our City Council at the February 8th meeting. Once that is done and we know if anything changed in the conditions of approval we will be able to accept plan submittals. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.
