Hi Tim,

Here is the link to our PW standards http://www.cityofmolalla.com/publicworks/page/design-standards and the link to our PW Construction Permit Application http://www.cityofmolalla.com/publicworks/page/public-works-permits. The DEQ permit will likely go to Portland but you may want call them to confirm.

Also, the subdivision is being appealed by ODOT and we will have to wait until that is resolved through our City Council at the February 8th meeting. Once that is done and we know if anything changed in the conditions of approval we will be able to accept plan submittals. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.

I have a couple questions regarding the project listed below.

Legal Description: Township 5 South, Range 2 East, Section 09 DA, Tax Lot 0200

Proposal: 7-lot Subdivision

We want to submit construction documents. Can you give us the requirements for that submittal?

Also, what office at DEQ do we submit the 1200C to?
