I’ve read the letter from ODOT and agree with Seth that the frontage improvement requirements listed in my original conditions of approval need to be adhered to for this development. I am waiting to hear back from him so we can discuss the pedestrian connectivity to the Hwy as a more contentious issue. The distance from the house closest to the Hwy on Coho to the intersection of Shirley/Hwy 211 via Chinook Street is approximately 760 feet. While a connection is convenient and part of the code, this may still be within the discretion of the Planning Commission to eliminate because it is not a connectivity issue between neighborhoods.
