Public Works has not yet had a chance to review the submission materials, and Gerald may request additional information related to infrastructure. However, I’d like for the planning process to commence in the meantime, and for you to prepare for the hearing which will be on September 7, 2016 at 6:30pm. It will likely be held at the Molalla Adult Center, at 315 Kennel Ave. I will notify you once I receive confirmation from the manager. I will send out the mailed notices sometime next week, our deadline for the physical mailings is August 17th. If you have any questions in the meantime, please let me know. Gerald will follow up with you once he’s done his initial review.
