Subject: P45-2016 Completeness Report
Hi Steve,
I am writing to inform you that application reference number P45-2016 for the Shirley Bank Subdivision has been deemed complete by the City of Molalla Planning staff.
Public Works has not yet had a chance to review the submission materials, and Gerald may request additional information related to infrastructure. However, I’d like for the planning process to commence in the meantime, and for you to prepare for the hearing which will be on September 7, 2016 at 6:30pm. It will likely be held at the Molalla Adult Center, at 315 Kennel Ave. I will notify you once I receive confirmation from the manager.
I will send out the mailed notices sometime next week, our deadline for the physical mailings is August 17th.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please let me know. Gerald will follow up with you once he’s done his initial review.
