Sorry I didn’t get back to you right away. Am buried right now in work and have staff on vacation that I have to cover for. As discussed before, the only options you have for connections is to the west at Molalla Forest Road, north thru the apartment complex up to Hwy 211 and east to the sewer in the BiMart Complex. We do not have sewer facilities south of your location. If you cant get access thru the neighboring properties then your only option would be to install a sewer along Lowe Road and then cross Molalla Forest Road to the sewer that is on the Lowe Road extension to the west of Molalla Forest Road. All improvements would have to be in the public right of way and if there is not enough grade to gravity drain then you would have to construction a pump station for some portion of the distance. A civil engineering company is your best bet to determine what options you have. That is all I can think of right now and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks.
