I’m OK with the cover and there is no impact to the storm SDC’s since this covers and existing concrete pad.

Hi Brenda,

The storm is connected to a system approved by DEQ that is chemically treated and tested. We are not part of that original agreement and DEQ is monitoring their discharge and the chemistry associated with it. This was all built back during the Shane Potter days. We don’t need condition them on anything since they don’t have an impact to our system. Thanks.

I would like to see where this drains into. I think they should show the pipes and where they are going. They seemed to connect into our system without a permit or paying any connection fees. I recommend tv the line to show what’s going on or dig it up and show us.
