To get the truck wash into compliance the City needs to have the truck wash covered. This can be a simple cover to keep the rain water out of our sewer system. This will need to go through our Planning Department for design approval and a release letter to Clackamas County for your building permit. You can start this process by contacting Aldo Rodriguez, our Community Planner. He will ask you for a site plan and your building plans. We typically require some type of oil-water separator before this can go into the sewer.
