My name is Joshua Brooking and I will be the Project Manager for the design of K20478 - OR213 at MP 15.71 (Toliver Rd), commonly referred to as the Toliver Roundabout.
At this time, ODOT does not have a map showing the proposed safety project. We are effectively at 0% engineered design for the project--but we are working in it! In fact, ODOT’s Survey Crew just completed surveying within the last month. Our current schedule is to begin construction in mid- to late-2022 through 2023--so we have a ways to go.
To provide you with some information, in 2018, ODOT conducted a Road Safety Audit, which studied the safety concerns and travel through the intersection and identified potential solutions. Through this and other work (see Intersection Control Evaluation), it was determined a roundabout will bring the greatest safety benefits. Please note, those linked files are large and any graphics, sketches, etc. included in the linked materials would be sketches only and are not based on survey and engineering design.

Mike is listing the property at 12786 S Toliver Rd and wanted to see what information you have that we could share with the owner and any future buyers. Is there a proposed map showing this roundabout intersection and how it would affect that property that you could share with us.
