Sorry Hailey, that you are caught in the middle. It is the responsibility of the developer/contractor to provide suppliers a list of what material they are needing for their project and the Cities responsibility to make sure it meets City standard.

All material to be used within City right-of-way. I have included our public work detail drawing for you reference. I hope this help.
