Figured I’d lump these two together as they’re adjacent to each other, from the same developer, and the same lot size/design. Taxlot numbers are 52E09CD03100 and 52E09CD03101. Let me know if you have any questions.

Planning on addressing them in the teens (210-218) to leave a little room for redevelopment.
