Going through my records and I’m seeing that water and sewer connection fees have not been paid, only Row permitting (see attached). Payment will need to be received prior to install of water meters. Payment can be made at City Hall or here at the Civic Center.

Before meters can be set, the meter boxes need to be installed per detail (flush to grade). I drove by yesterday and seen the southern one is still sitting on the dirt mound. Schedule an inspection once meter boxes are installed per detail, and I will reinspect and approve for meter install.
