Mike, the access is on the west side of the property. They will follow that access through a gate on the west side for access to the back. They currently have a gravel drive to the shop, which they will be conditioned to pave.

Dan I need to know how they will access the shop. The print that was sent is not very clear and I cant tell what the print says. There are hydrants in the area so water will not be an issue.
