Hi Dan,

I appears from the measurements that they are outside of the wetland but I did not check setbacks. Their driveway access is on the west side of the building already so no issue. Note that no modification to the driveway will be allowed beyond current PW standards. Also, runoff from their shop cannot flow onto neighboring properties. The rest looks good.

G – my understanding is they intend to have vehicular access to the building. Planning will condition paving driveway to any building entry where a vehicle would be stored.
