I checked the location of the wetland at intake and the setback from the street was adjusted to stay out of the wetland and the buffer.

The application does not show any utilities. One thing that wasn’t shown was the exact location of the wetland area and the setback requirements. There are trees in this area that will need to be addressed to Planning. My only condition is that no discharges, other than roof run-off will be allowed from the proposed shop/garage. Thanks.
