Hi Stefano,

In order to tabulate the estimated fees I will need to know a couple of things.

The bank intends to move out of the Safeway store and into building 4, correct?

Building 3

What size of water meter will be needed for building 3?

Will building 3 need an irrigation meter and if so then what size?

What is the square footage of building 3?

What is the square footage of hard surfaces on the building 3 parcel not including the building?

Does the developer have a tenant and if so what business is it?

Building 4

Will building 4 need an irrigation meter and if so then what size?

What is the square footage of building 4?

I just want to follow up about the SDC fees discussed during the pre-application meeting. Can you please send me a schedule of the current and future/updated fees? Also, is ODOT going to provide any written notes? So far, we have received only the City notes and comments (thank you again for them).

I just sent off a dropbox folder to the AKS team including as built drawings near Molalla Market Center and a GIS export showing the totality of utility lines. Storm, in particular, is not fully represented by the asbuilts so GIS may be the best frame of reference.
