The bank intends to move out of the Safeway store and into building 4, correct? Building 3 What size of water meter will be needed for building 3? Will building 3 need an irrigation meter and if so then what size? What is the square footage of building 3? What is the square footage of hard surfaces on the building 3 parcel not including the building? Does the developer have a tenant and if so what business is it?
